Dr. Stephanie Peltz is an evidence-informed Naturopathic Doctor and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner who blends science, empathy, and human connection to support women through life’s major transitions — from fertility and pregnancy to postpartum, perimenopause, and beyond.
With a background in chemistry and over 17 years in clinical practice, Dr. Peltz is committed to thoughtful, modern care that helps patients feel safe, seen, and supported while navigating change.

Education & Training
Dr. Peltz trained at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine and began her professional
path with a background in chemistry. She has also worked as a birth doula and yoga instructor,
bringing a whole-person lens to physical and emotional health. She is licensed to practice
naturopathic medicine in both Ontario and British Columbia and remains actively engaged in
continuing education and peer collaboration.
She also has also achieved the Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) designation as an evidence-based practitioner in the field of perimenopause and menopause care.
Outside the Clinic
Outside the clinic, Dr. Peltz is a mother, a rescue dog lover, weight lifting enthusiast, and lifelong student of women’s health. She values community, thoughtful conversation, and practices that support resilience — both personally and professionally.
