Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Courtney Wood (M.OMSc) is a Manual Osteopath, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Pilates Instructor. She graduated in 2020 from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and is a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association. She currently sees patients with a variety of conditions, and is especially passionate about helping women in their peri and post-menopausal years live with less pain.
Courtney’s past work involved teaching Pilates for over 10 years. Throughout her teaching career, she worked in multi-disciplinary clinics and post-rehab settings, specializing in movement for resolving pain.
She has a passion for health and well-being and aims to help her patients achieve optimal wellness.
In her spare time, she loves hiking, travelling and salsa dancing!

Courtney graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and is a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association. She has her B.A. from the University of Guelph and has completed her certification in Foot Reflexology. Currently, she is studying CranioSacral Therapy at the Upledger Institute.
