In practice since 2005, Laura’s interest in massage therapy started from a background in martial arts, dance, and synchronized swimming. Her training focuses on addressing both primary and underlying issues that bring people in for treatment. It tends toward therapeutic and rehabilitative treatments, although she is happy to provide relaxation massage if that is what you need.

She completed an extensive 4 year program and earned her Masters of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc.) in October of 2019. She is a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA) which is committed to rigorous professional standards and is recognized by the Canadian insurance industry.

Courtney Wood (M.OMSc) is a Manual Osteopath, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Pilates Instructor. She graduated in 2020 from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and is a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association. She currently sees patients with a variety of conditions, and is especially passionate about helping women in their peri and post-menopause.

Megan is a registered acupuncturist (R.Ac) with a passion for holistic health and wellbeing. Her education in both Kinesiology and Traditional Chinese Medicine allows her to make unique connections that help you to see your body through a new lens.

Marilyn Awoyomi MSW, RSW
Social Worker, Psychotherapist
Marilyn believes that the therapeutic relationship should be built on trust. She works collaboratively with clients to help them explore their difficulties, find hope, identify their strengths, set goals, and develop new coping strategies. When working with family members of those struggling with addiction and mental health, Marilyn provides a safe and empathetic environment in which they can explore ways to support their family member while also setting boundaries and ensuring their own self-care. Marilyn draws from her skill set in cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to help clients make positive changes in their lives.

Christie Tait MN NP-PHC
Nurse practitioner
Christie is extremely passionate about advocating for improved accuracy and management of headache disorders. Outside of clinical care, she delivers educational programming to healthcare providers with an interest in headache and migraine management and volunteers time to Migraine Canada.
Christie’s area of clinical expertise is the diagnosis and management of headache disorders and concussion. She uses a holistic approach to patient care that integrates behavioural and lifestyle strategies with pharmacological treatments.
