Dr. Sue has always had a passion for health, and she loves to share this passion with her patients.
Dr. Sue’s practice focus includes supporting women through peri-menopause and menopause, as well as optimizing the hormonal health of women in their 20’s and 30’s.
She has also achieved her North American Menopause Society Certified Practitioner designation as an evidence-based practitioner in the field of perimenopause and menopause care.

Dr. Sapna is a licensed evidence-based naturopathic doctor who’s a bit obsessed with improving the health of her patients.
Dr. Sapna’s practice includes a variety of health concerns, but she has particular depth in Perimenopause and Menopause care, PMS, PMDD, Fertility and Post-Partum Wellbeing, Metabolic Health and Sports Performance Nutrition.
She has also achieved her North American Menopause Society Certified Practitioner designation as an evidence-based practitioner in the field of perimenopause and menopause care.

Her training focuses on addressing both primary and underlying issues that bring people in for treatment. It tends toward therapeutic and rehabilitative treatments, although she is happy to provide relaxation massage if that is what you need.

Originally from Brisbane, Australia, Eloise is a conscientious and dedicated practitioner who brings a dose of sunshine to each of her treatment sessions.
Eloise’s practice focuses on Stress, Reproductive Wellness, and Optimal Life Performance. Eloise customizes each treatment depending on the diagnosis, treatment plan and unique needs of each patient.

Marilyn Awoyomi MSW, RSW
Social Worker, Psychotherapist
Marilyn believes that the therapeutic relationship should be built on trust. She works collaboratively with clients to help them explore their difficulties, find hope, identify their strengths, set goals, and develop new coping strategies. When working with family members of those struggling with addiction and mental health, Marilyn provides a safe and empathetic environment in which they can explore ways to support their family member while also setting boundaries and ensuring their own self-care. Marilyn draws from her skill set in cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to help clients make positive changes in their lives.

Christie Tait MN NP-PHC
Nurse practitioner
Christie is extremely passionate about advocating for improved accuracy and management of headache disorders. Outside of clinical care, she delivers educational programming to healthcare providers with an interest in headache and migraine management and volunteers time to Migraine Canada.
Christie’s area of clinical expertise is the diagnosis and management of headache disorders and concussion. She uses a holistic approach to patient care that integrates behavioural and lifestyle strategies with pharmacological treatments.
