Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture

What is Acupuncture?

Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a customized medicine, steeped in thousands of years of history, yet perfectly suited to treat the ailments of the modern world. Our practitioners are caring, compassionate and focused on helping you gain access to better health and vitality while bringing balance to your mind, body and spirit.
Acupuncture involves the insertion of very thin sterile needles into the skin at selected points of the body along energy pathways known as meridians. It is usually experienced as painless and extremely relaxing. Performed by a qualified practitioner, Acupuncture is considered a safe and effective therapy for a range of internal and external concerns, including stress, anxiety, insomnia, digestive and gynecological issues.
Services performed by a Registered Acupuncturist (R. Ac) and Registered TCM Practitioner (R. TCMP) may also include other TCM modalities such as Shiatsu, Tuina massage, cupping, medical Qi Gong or East Asian nutritional counselling, always tailored to your needs and treatment goals.
